Method
- Cut the Cavolo Romanesco in chunky slice
- Season with salt, black pepper and chia seeds
- Add the pomegranate molasse
- Add the Coratina Monocultivar extra virgin olive oil.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown
