All our Special Evo Itineraries in Italy take place between October and November which are the months of the olive harvest and oil production, but we organise during all the seasons our GrandTour. You will have the opportunity to participate in the olive harvest, to live a truly bucolic day and then personally witness the production of your own extra virgin olive oil.

The proposed itineraries have all been studied with our best producers in different regions of Italy:

We suggest a trip of 4 days but we can customize it on request.

Explore the surrounding area between art, culture, nature and food and wine
