WHAT YOU NEED:
1 TROFIE OR TROFIETTE PASTA
1 PESTO SAUCE
SOME PECORINO CHEESE
FRESH BASIL
CAROLINO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
HOW TO:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta, and cook until al dente.
- Drain pasta, and toss it in a serving bowl with the pesto sauce.
- Drizzle with some Carolino extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve with Pecorino cheese.
