We “locked down” our WOOP Evo Bar in March. That was four months ago.
An endless, uncertain, complicated time for the whole world.
But actually, we never stopped working. We planned, realized and managed a lot of things.
Working alongside the producers of Extra Virgin Olive Oil who are farmers. The lockdown did not apply to nature. Spring is a very important season for the care of the olive trees. It is a delicate season because the plants will have to face the summer and therefore give the best fruits for the harvest in September and October. Our producers have worked in continuous contact with the fields, the plants, the weather.
Working alongside our customers, that is you, who have shown more and more 'trust and need a food offer not only tasty, but also really healthy. And we put ourselves at your service, delivering our Evo at home, suggesting recipes and combinations. Thanks also to our super Ambassadors, Chefs and nutritionists who supported us with great enthusiasm.
We have joined and engaged the Professionals, all the Chefs and Sommeliers whose were at home in these months because their kitchens, from the best restaurants, were at a standstill. We did a fantastic job, sending samples all over the UK and then managing online tastings to share the culture and the wide selection of our Evoos. And of course it's not over!
