In sunny Puglia, washed by the Adriatic Sea, with about 8000 plants of the variety Coratina and Ogliarola Bari, the olive grove of the Ciccolella Farm covers an area lying near the cities of Giovinazzo, Molfetta and Terlizzi north of Bari. It is here that Giuseppe Ciccolella, owner of the company, brings into the field a real “Culture of Oil”, where the knowledge of the Apulian oil tradition is mixed with technological innovation and environmental sustainability, making possible a herbicide-free cultivation.

Since 1800, the Ciccolella family has owned large plots of land in the province of Bari, specifically in the areas of Giovinazzo, Molfetta and Terlizzi, the heart of Apulian olive production, places known for the centuries-old cultivation of trees of cultivar Coratina and Ogliarola Barese. For over 4 generations all the members of the family have devoted themselves with passion to the careful care of the olive trees, seeing their efforts repaid with the collection of an excellent fruit from which, following the milling process with traditional stone mills, a real “yellow gold” was obtained.

Today the company, led by Giuseppe Ciccolella, creates an extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, the result of passionate work in the field and a wise management of the best technological resources, an extra virgin that stands out for its organoleptic properties, for the scent, color and flavor typical of the cultivars.
