An adventurous traveller could spend days wandering in the fields covered with sunflowers, beautifully preserved medieval villages and hidden archaeological treasures, not to mention relaxing in the sulphurous thermal waters of Saturnia and stopping in the restaurants, eating wild boar meat, pici and artichokes, all with the wine of Pitigliano.
