Since 1936, in a strip of land between Trapani and Marsala, the Titone family has been producing quality, good and natural oil. The company was one of the first in Sicily to convert to organic farming.
Organic extra virgin olive oil DOP, from monovarietal olives of Nocellara del belice, Cerasuola, Biancolilla, exclusively produced on their own farm, pressed within 6 hours for each variety.
All phases of organic production are controlled and certified.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma:intense notes of walnut husk, green tomato, thistle, pepper, salty notes.
Flavour: elegant with bitter and spicy in superb balance.
Best Pairings: Tuna tartare with herbs - orange salad -
broad beans - mackerel fillet.
