Our Monocultivar is made with olives of Peranzana variety, coming from our native land, the only one able to produce them. The Peranzana is an old French cultivar, who found in Northern Puglia, more specifically in the little towns of Torremaggiore, San Severo and San Paolo di Civitate, thanks to its perfect microclimate. The name comes from the mispronunciation of the dialect word "Provence" region of origin of the plant. Every bottle tells us the history of this land, thanks to a unique product that speaks about the territory, its climate, the production techniques. Variety: 100% Peranzana. Colour: intense green, with golden reflection. Aroma: medium fruity, grassy and tomato hints. Flavour: medium fruity, almond aftertaste. On the palate the Peranzana extra virgin olive oil has a prevalent sweet note but balanced with bitter and spicy of medium intensity and an aftertaste of grass and artichoke.
