Abbraccio

Abbraccio is the name of this oil from the valley of Seggiano where the summer sun often embraces the strong wind that manages to shake the leaves of the olive trees. But these wise and secular trees are not intimidated. From this embrace comes this intense fruity oil that leaves you speechless and never disappoints on any plate.
The best way to enjoy this olive oil is with fish, or even better, with sashimi.

Super for fighting ageing and any body disease.
From a nutritional point of view, Abbraccio is an oil rich in polyphenol, containing vitamin E, which is very effective in fighting free radical formation within the body.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Green/yellow colour with gold reflections.
It appears to the nose with delicate notes of tomato, aubergine peel and hints of sage.
The taste is experienced as a fair bitter tone with a note of chilli and beautifully floral, leaving a pleasant aromatic taste in the mouth.
