Uliva Garda Trentino DOP is a high quality extra virgin olive oil that from 2009 until today is at the top of world production.

Uliva is the fruit of a single variety, the native “Casaliva”, harvested at an early stage of ripeness and crushed Immediately.

The characteristics of the original olive are perfectly reflected in the oil obtained from it, obtaining a remarkable freshness and fragrance in its green notes.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: full of character, rich in vegetal notes of artichoke, wild thistle, lettuce and strong balsamic hints of mint and rosemary.

Flavour: The taste is enveloping and fine, with tones of wild vegetables, black pepper and fresh almond. Bitterness powerful and spicy strong

Best Pairings: Appetizer - Grilled porcini mushrooms - marinated swordfish - Stewed lamb - grilled pork - hard mature cheeses.
