Monovarietal with qualitative characteristics of great value for chemical and organoleptic composition. Fruity green, sensations of cut grass, walnut husk and artichoke, medium intense bitter and spicy aftertaste. The Caninesi drupes from our controlled olive groves are harvested during their best ripening phase and at the very early hours of the morning, placed in small airy containers and rigorously cold pressed by mechanical means within a few hours.

Eximius extra-virgin olive oil goes particularly well with raw culinary preparations, grilled meats and legume soups; it transfers in every preparation, structured or not, olfactory-gustative-visual sensations able to harmonize and enhance the dish itself.
