Soft and aromatic, Zurlo is the extra virgin olive oil that comes from a well-balanced blend of the two most cultivated Apulian native varieties: 70% of “Coratina” cultivar and 30% of “Ogliarola barese” cultivar.

Aroma: herbaceous-floral aromas that recall the green chamomile.
Flavour: clean taste of vegetal notes intertwined with delicate spicy notes for a dynamic and balanced condition
