Carolino Evo Oil is a balanced light-medium fruity, well balanced and great for any type of dishes. 

The love for olive and oil in Campania since Roman times is documented by the admirable frescoes found in the villas of Pompeii, in which scenes concerning olive growing are numerous, as the examples of Roman mills found in various areas of the region, and the numerous large terracotta amphorae, which were buried in cellars, were used for the conservation of oil and wines.
