On these lands, grow the olive groves of Biancolilla di Terre di Zaccanello. We define this oil the Queen of Sicily, for its delicate and fruity persistence that turns into an elegant note to season all your recipes.
The jar-shaped bottle is a tribute to the Sicilian novelist Luigi Pirandello.
Terre di Zaccanello Extravirgin Olive Oil Monocultivar Biancolilla has a degree of acidity below 0,2% and comes quite dense, brilliant yellow.

Organoleptic properties

Aroma: moderate intensity, notes of white flowers.
Flavour: gentle and harmonic with moderate bitterness and spiciness.
Pairings: Salad/Raw Vegetables, Cooked Vegetables, White Meat, Sauces, Pasta

Expert's take: On the olfactory analysis it is light and vegetable, with floral hints. The tasting is balanced in bitter and spicy with a delicate and harmonious flavor
