Description

The extra virgin olive oil of the Roman centurions!
An oil as vigorous as the varieties of plants where it comes form. Our varieties of Frantoio and Moraiolo, from our ancient olive trees, are harvested during their better phase of maturation and at the earliest hours of the morning. The olives are placed in small ventilated containers and rigorously cold pressed with mechanical process within a few hours.

Aroma: Green fruitiness
Flavour
: moderate intensity, hints of rocket, tomato and pleasant fresh almond. Bitter and pungent aftertaste.

Expert's take: 
The nose is strong and all-around, it releases aromatic hints of mint, sage and rosemary, and is enriched with notes of almond and black pepper. On the palate, it is endowed with an ample vegetal charge, with clear tones of artichoke, chicory and field lettuce. Strong bitterness and spiciness
