Description:

The extra virgin olive oil of the Roman centurions! An oil as vigorous as the varieties of plants where it comes form. Our varieties of Frantoio and Moraiolo, from our ancient olive trees, are harvested during their better phase of maturation and at the earliest hours of the morning. The olives are placed in small ventilated containers and rigorously cold pressed with mechanical process within a few hours.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: hints of mint, sage and rosemary, and is enriched with notes of almond and black pepper. 

Flavour: large vegetable load, with clear tones of artichoke, chicory and field lettuce. Powerful and spicy bitterness

Best pairings: Salad/Raw Vegetables - Cooked Vegetables - White Meat - Sauces.
